Quantified Self

For one of my public health classes we are doing a Quantified Self project where we have to keep track of something health related every day for two weeks using a technology. Some people are using calorie counting apps and others may be using pedometers to track the number of steps they take in a day but I am using ski goggles to video record what I eat while I eat it. This blog will be my way of documenting the recordings of the foods that I am eating.
